۞ Who is then more unjust than he who utters a lie against Allah and (he who) gives the lie to the truth when it comes to him; is there not in hell an abode for the unbelievers? 32 He who brings the truth and verifies it, -- such are the people who are God-fearing. 33 They shall have what they will of their Lord's bounty. That is the reward of the good: 34 that God may acquit them of the worst of what they did, and recompense them with the wages of the fairest of what they were doing. 35 Is not Allah sufficient for His servant? And they seek to frighten you with those besides Him; and whomsoever Allah makes err, there is no guide for him. 36 whereas he whom God guides aright can never be led astray. Is not God almighty, an avenger of evil? 37 If thou askest them, 'Who created the heavens and the earth?' they will say, 'God.' Say: 'What think you? That you call upon apart from God -- if God desires affliction for me, shall they remove His affliction? Or if He desires mercy for me, shall they withhold His mercy?' Say: 'God is enough for me; in Him all those put their trust who put their trust.' 38 Say: O my people! work in your place, surely I am a worker, so you will come to know. 39 who will suffer a humiliating torment and on whom will descend an everlasting punishment." 40 BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed upon thee this divine writ, setting forth the truth for [the benefit of all] mankind. And whoever chooses to be guided [thereby,] does so for his own good, and whoever chooses to go astray, goes but astray to his own hurt; and thou hast not the power to determine their fate. 41
