۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
