Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
