The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful 1

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful 3 Sovereign of the Day of Requital. 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone we turn for help. 5 Guide us to the Straight Path, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not of those on whom is indignation brought down, nor of the astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
