The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful 1
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Guide us to the straight path - 6 The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. 7
