We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 As for the earth, We have stretched it out and have cast on it firm mountains, and have caused to grow in it everything well-measured. 19 And We have provided sustenance for you on it and also for those of whom you are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
