۞ God says, "Do not worship two gods. There is only One God. Have fear of Me". 51 And His is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, and unto Him is obedience due perpetually; will ye then fear any other than Allah? 52 And whatever of blessings and good things you have, it is from Allah. Then, when harm touches you, unto Him you cry aloud for help. 53 Yet when He has delivered you from affliction, some of you ascribe companions to your Lord 54 that they may show unthankfulness for that We have given them. So take your joy; certainly you will soon know! 55 And they assign a portion of that which We have given them unto what they know not. By Allah! but ye will indeed be asked concerning (all) that ye used to invent. 56 They assign daughters to Allah - glory be to Him - whereas they assign to themselves what they truly desire! 57 When the birth of a girl is announced to any of them, his face darkens and he is filled with gloom. 58 They try to hide themselves from the people because of the disgrace of such news. Will they keep their new born despite the disgrace or bury it alive? How sinful is their Judgment! 59 For those who do not believe in the hereafter is an evil attribute, and Allah's is the loftiest attribute; and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 60
