See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
