The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 And there cometh not unto them any fresh admonition from the Compassionate but they are wont to be therefrom backsliders. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
