The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
