And the Trumpet will be blown (i.e. the second blowing) and behold! From the graves they will come out quickly to their Lord. 51 (nervously) exclaiming. “Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping-place?” “This is what the Merciful One had promised, and what (His) Messengers had said was true.” 52 It shall be but one shout; and lo! they shall all be brought together before Us. 53 Today, no soul shall be wronged a thing. You shall not be recompensed except according to your deeds. 54 Lo! those who merit paradise this day are happily employed, 55 They and their wives shall be in shades, reclining on raised couches. 56 They shall have fruits therein, and they shall have whatever they desire. 57 "Peace!" - a word (of salutation) from a Lord Most Merciful! 58 And separate yourselves this Day, O ye culprits! 59 ۞ Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy - 60 and that you should worship Me [alone]? This would have been a straight way! 61 And certainly he led astray numerous people from among you. What! could you not then understand? 62 Now this is the Hell of which you were warned. 63 Burn therein this day for that ye disbelieved. 64 Today We shall seal up their mouths and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will bear witness to their misdeeds. 65 Had it been Our will We would have obliterated their sight so that they raced to the Path. But, how would they see? 66 And if We please We would surely transform them in their place, then they would not be able to go on, nor will they return. 67
