The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! from the sepulchres (men) will rush forth to their Lord! 51 They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth." 52 'It was only one Cry; then behold, they are all arraigned before Us. 53 So today no soul shall be wronged anything, and you shall not be recompensed, except according to what you have been doing. 54 Indeed, the companions of the Garden are this Day busy in their rejoicing. 55 they and their wives, shall recline on couches in the shade. 56 They will have therein fruits (of all kinds) and all that they ask for. 57 (It will be said to them): Salamun (peace be on you), a Word from the Lord (Allah), Most Merciful. 58 But avaunt ye, O ye guilty, this day! 59 ۞ "Did I not enjoin on you, O ye Children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed?- 60 and that you worship Me? Surely, that is the Straight Path. 61 Satan misled a great multitude of you. Did you not have any understanding? 62 This is hell which ye were promised (if ye followed him). 63 Roast well therein this Day for you were unbelievers' 64 This Day, We shall seal up their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their legs will bear witness to what they used to earn. (It is said that one's left thigh will be the first to bear the witness). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 22, Page 24] 65 And had We willed, We could have quenched their eyes so they would rush towards the path, unable to see a thing. 66 Had it been Our will We would have transmuted them (into monkeys, pigs and stones) where they were, so that they could neither go forward nor yet return. 67

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
