We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
