۞ Say: "O creatures of God, those of you who have acted against your own interests should not be disheartened of the mercy of God. Surely God forgives all sins. He is all-forgiving and all-merciful. 53 "Turn ye to our Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped. 54 And follow the best of that which hath been sent down unto you from your Lord there cometh on you torment of a sudden, while ye perceive not. 55 So that no soul may say, “Alas! The failures that I committed regarding Allah – and indeed I used to mock!” 56 Or before the soul says, "Had God guided me, I could have been a pious man". 57 or lest he should say, when he sees the chastisement: “O that I might return again, and be among those who do good.” 58 'Indeed, My verses did come to you, but you belied them. You were proud and became one of the unbelievers' 59 And on the Day of Resurrection you will see those who lied about Allah [with] their faces blackened. Is there not in Hell a residence for the arrogant? 60 But as for the God-fearing, Allah will deliver them on account of their achievements: no harm shall visit them nor shall they grieve. 61 Allah is the Creator of everything, and He is over everything a Trustee. 62 He has the keys of the heavens and the earth; and those who deny the revelations of God will be losers. 63
