Al-Zukhruf 7 of 7
'O My servants, today no fear is on you, neither do you sorrow' -- 68 Those who believed in Our communications and were submissive: 69 (You will) enter the garden, you and your spouses, and be glad." 70 To them will be passed large platters and cups of gold. There will be all that souls desire and all that eyes delight in. (And it will be said:) 'There you shall live for ever. 71 This is the Garden which ye are made to inherit because of what ye used to do. 72 For you therein is much fruit from which you will eat. 73 But the evildoers shall live for ever in the punishment of Gehenna (Hell), 74 it will not be lightened for them; and therein they will be lost in hopeless despair. 75 They will cry out, "Guard, let your Lord destroy us". 76 And they will cry: "O Malik (Keeper of Hell)! Let your Lord make an end of us." He will say: "Verily you shall abide forever." 77 We brought you the Truth; but to the truth most of you were averse.” 78 Have they determined an affair? then verily We are also determining. 79 Or do they think We do not hear their secrecies and stealthy consultations? In fact, Our messengers who attend them record everything. 80 Say: "If Ar-Rahman had a son I would have been the first of worshippers." 81 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and the Throne is too glorious to be described in the way they describe Him. 82 But leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised: 83 for [then they will come to know that] it is He [alone] who is God in heaven and God on earth, and [that] He alone is truly wise, all-knowing. 84 And hallowed be He unto whom the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them belongs, and with whom the knowledge of the Last Hour rests, and unto whom you all shall be brought back! 85 And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know. 86 (Muhammad), if you ask them, "Who had created the idols?" They will certainly say, "God has created them." Why do you then turn away from God? 87 Consider his cry: O my Lord! surely they are a people who do not believe. 88 So turn away from them and say, Peace, for they shall soon come to know. 89
True are the words of God the Almighty.
