And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
