The Pharaoh and his people had also received Our warning, 41 Who denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore We grasped them with the grasp of the Mighty, the Powerful. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: 'We are a gathering that will be victorious' 44 [Their] assembly will be defeated, and they will turn their backs [in retreat]. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 On the day when they shall be dragged upon their faces into the fire; taste the touch of hell. 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our commandment is but one (commandment), as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 In an Assembly of Truth, in the Presence of a Sovereign Omnipotent. 55
