Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 Therefore stay patient upon your Lord’s command, and do not listen to any of the sinners or ingrates among them. 24 and bear in mind thy Sustainer's name at morn and evening 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Verily! These (disbelievers) love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day (that will be hard). 27 We created them, and We strengthened their joints; and, when We will, We shall exchange their likes. 28 Surely this is a Reminder; so he who will, takes unto his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
True are the words of God the Almighty.
