Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the loosed ones successively 1 Which then blow violently in tempestuous Gusts, 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 And the scattering winds scattering. 4 and by those who reveal revelations (to the prophets) 5 Whether of Justification or of Warning;- 6 Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 and the sky is rent asunder, 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the time comes for raising the little girls (buried alive) -- 11 For what Day are these signs postponed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out? 14 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 15 Have We not destroyed the earlier generations? 16 Thereafter We shall cause to follow them the latter ones. 17 As such shall We deal with the sinners. 18 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 Which We laid up in a safe abode 21 till a known term decreed? 22 Thus We have determined the stages of development and Our power to determine is excellent indeed. 23 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 24 Have We not made the earth a container 25 for the living and the dead? 26 And placed in it lofty and broad stablisers, and gave you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 it indeed throws up sparks like castles, 32 As though they were camels yellow tawny. 33 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 34 This is a day wherein they speak not, 35 nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize. 36 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 37 Such is the Day of Decision. We will gather you with the ancients. 38 So if you have any ploy, try it against Me! 39 Woe on the day unto the beliers! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
