Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
