Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
