The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
