The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
