The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
