Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
