God wants to make [all this] clear unto you, and to guide you onto the [righteous] ways of life of those who preceded you, and to turn unto you in His mercy: for God is all-knowing, wise. 26 And Allah would turn to you in mercy; but those who follow vain desires would have you go tremendously astray. 27 God wants to lighten your burdens: for man has been created weak. 28 O ye who believe! Squander not your wealth among yourselves in vanity, except it be a trade by mutual consent, and kill not one another. Lo! Allah is ever Merciful unto you. 29 And whoever commits that through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire, and that is easy for Allah. 30 If you shun the great sins you have been forbidden, We shall cancel out your minor misdeeds and admit you to a place of honour. 31 And do not covet that by which Allah has made some of you excel others; men shall have the benefit of what they earn and women shall have the benefit of what they earn; and ask Allah of His grace; surely Allah knows all things. 32 And to everyone We have appointed rightful heirs to what the parents and near of kin might leave behind. As to those with whom you have made a solemn covenant, give them their share. Allah watches over all things. 33
