And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees. 68 Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence. 69 Again We do certainly know best those who deserve most to be burned therein. 70 And not one of you but shall pass over it: it is for thy Lord an ordinance decreed. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 When Our clear verses are recited to them the unbelievers say to the believers: 'Which of the two parties has a better position or company?' 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the All-merciful prolong his term for him! Till, when they see that they were threatened, whether the chastisement, or the Hour, then they shall surely know who is worse in place, and who is weaker in hosts.' 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he looked into the unseen, or has he taken from the Most Merciful a promise? 78 On the contrary, We will write down what he says and prolong the length of his punishment. 79 All that he claims will revert to Us, and he will come before Us all alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) aliha (gods) besides Allah, that they might give them honour, power and glory (and also protect them from Allah's Punishment etc.). 81 But nay! [On Judgment Day] these [very objects of adoration] will disavow the worship that was paid to them, and will turn against those [who had worshipped them]! 82
