1/2 Hizb 45

۞ But We shall say, "Assemble those who did wrong together with their associates and what they worshipped 22 Other than Allah, and guide them to the path of Hellfire 23 And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned." 24 What aileth you that ye succour not one another? 25 No, today they will resign themselves in submission, 26 And they will turn to one another, and question one another. 27 They say: Lo! ye used to come unto us, imposing, (swearing that ye spoke the truth). 28 They will say, "No! It was you who would not believe -- 29 we had no power over you; but you yourselves were a rebellious people. 30 "So now has been proved true, against us, the word of our Lord that we shall indeed (have to) taste (the punishment of our sins). 31 For we had led you astray. In fact we ourselves were astray." 32 On that day they will all share the torment. 33 This is how We deal with the criminals. 34 Verily when it was said unto them: there is no god but Allah, they ever grew stiff-necked. 35 And to say: What! shall we indeed give up our gods for the sake of a mad poet? 36 Aye! he hath come with the truth, and he confesseth to the sent ones. 37 Now certainly you shall be tasting the painful chastisement, 38 You will only be recompensed according to your deeds.” 39 Except for God's sincere servants; 40 For them awaits a known provision, 41 Fruits! And they shall be honoured. 42 In gardens of pleasure, 43 On thrones facing one another. 44 Cups of wine will be presented to them in rounds, from a spring flowing in front of them. 45 White, delicious for the drinkers. 46 Neither dulling the senses nor intoxicating, 47 And with them maidens of modest look and large lustrous eyes, 48 As if they were eggs, safely hidden. 49 They advance one upon another, asking each other questions. 50 One of them will say: 'I had a companion 51 Who said: What! are you indeed of those who accept (the truth)? 52 "(That) when we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed (be raised up) to receive reward or punishment (according to our deeds)?" 53 Allah will say: will ye look down? 54 He will look down and see him in hell. 55 He will say, "By Allah, you almost ruined me. 56 “And were it not for the munificence of my Lord, I too would have been seized and brought forth (captive)!” 57 What, do we then not die 58 “Except our earlier death, and nor will we be punished?” 59 Indeed, this is the great attainment. 60 For the like of this, then, let the workers work. 61 Is Paradise a better accommodation or the tree of zaqqum? 62 Surely We have made it to be a trial to the unjust. 63 For it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hellfire: 64 Its crop is as it were the heads of devils 65 And verily they must eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith. 66 then in addition to it they shall have a draught of boiling water to drink; 67 Then their return will be to the same blazing Hell. 68 Surely they found their fathers going astray, 69 So they (too) were rushed down on their footsteps! 70 And certainly most of the ancients went astray before them, 71 But We sent aforetime, among them, (messengers) to admonish them;- 72 See how those who were warned met their end! 73 Only Our sincere servants were saved. 74

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
