And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
