We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
