Prayed Nooh, “O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, and they follow the one whose wealth and children increase nothing for him except ruin.” 21 and who have devised a most awesome blasphemy [against Thee,] 22 and have said, "Do not leave your gods, and do not leave Wadd, nor Suwa', Yaghuth, Ya'uq, neither Nasr." 23 And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error." 24 Because of their sins they were drowned (in the flood), and were made to enter the Fire (of Punishment): and they found- in lieu of Allah- none to help them. 25 And Noah prayed: "O my Sustainer! Leave not on earth any of those who deny the truth: 26 Indeed, if You leave them, they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who enters my house believing, and the believing men and the believing women; and do not increase the unjust in aught but destruction! 28
