Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
