۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities (to mobilise troops) 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 and they have enraged us, 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
