3/4 Hizb 52

It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein. 16 When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left. 17 Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it). 18 The palsy of death will surely come. This is what you wished to avert. 19 And the trumpet will be blown: this is the Day of the Threatening. 20 And every soul came, along with a herder and a witness. 21 (It will be said to the sinners): "Indeed you were heedless of this, now We have removed your covering, and sharp is your sight this Day!" 22 And his comrade shall say, 'This is what I have, made ready.' 23 The command was given: “Cast into Hell every hardened, stubborn unbeliever, 24 hinderer of good, transgressor, causing others to doubt, 25 "Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty." 26 ۞ His companion will say: Our Lord! I did not lead him into inordinacy but he himself was in a great error. 27 He shall say, 'Dispute not before Me! For I sent you beforehand -- the threat. 28 The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed, and I am not unjust (to the least) to the slaves." 29

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
