THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
