1/2 Hizb 44
< random >
۞ O men, you are the ones that have need of God; He is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable. 15 If He wills, He can take you away and bring other creatures. 16 nor is this difficult for God. 17 No one can bear another's burden. If a heavily laden one should call another to carry his load, none of it shall be carried by the other, even though he be a near of kin. (O Prophet), you can warn only those who fear their Lord without seeing Him and establish Prayer. Whoever purifies himself does so to his own good. To Allah is the final return. 18 For [thus it is:] the blind and the seeing are not equal; 19 Nor darkness and light, 20 shade and heat are not alike, 21 Nor alike are the living and the dead. Verily Allah maketh whomsoever He listeth to hear and thou canst not make them hear who are in the graves. 22 Thou art no other than a warner. 23 Surely We have sent thee with the truth good tidings to bear, and warning; not a nation there is, but there has passed away in it a warner. 24 And if they deny you - then already have those before them denied. Their messengers came to them with clear proofs and written ordinances and with the enlightening Scripture. 25 Then I seized those who denied the Truth, and how terrible was My punishment! 26

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
