Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And removed your burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
