Thorns (Al-Masad)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Destroyed were the hands of Abu Lahab, and he lay utterly doomed. 1 His property and worldly gains will be of no help to him. 2 he shall roast at a Flaming Fire, 3 And his wife, the wood-carrier, 4 Around her neck will be a rope of palm fibre. 5
Almighty Allah's Truth.
