And indeed the Noble Messengers came to the people of Firaun. 41 but they belied all Our signs so We seized them with the seizing of the Mighty, Powerful. 42 What then, are your unbelievers better than those? Or do you have an immunity (written) in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Surely We have created everything according to a measure. 49 And Our Command is but a single (Act),- like the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 and everything, great and small, is inscribed. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
