And those who have emigrated for the sake of Allah after they had been wronged. We shall surely settle them well in the world and the hire of the Hereafter is greater: if they but know! 41 (For) those who persevere and place their trust in their Lord. 42 Before you also the messengers We sent were but [mortal] men to whom We vouchsafed revelation. Ask the People of the Book, if you do not know. 43 We have revealed the Quran to you so that you could tell the people what has been revealed to them and so that perhaps they will think. 44 Do they feel secure, those who devise evil things, that God will not cause the earth to swallow them, or that the chastisement will not come upon them, from whence they are not aware? 45 Or, that He will not seize them in their going to and fro, and they will not be able to frustrate Him? 46 Or that He will not punish them by giving them a fright? Indeed, your Lord is kind and merciful. 47 Have they not observed all things that Allah hath created, how their shadows incline to the right and to the left, making prostration unto Allah, and they are lowly? 48 All things that move on the earth and in the heavens, and the angels, bow in homage to God, and do not behave with pride. 49 They hold their Lord, Who is above them, in fear, and do as they are bidden. ۩ 50
