See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
