Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
