Muhammad (Muhammad)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
God will bring to naught all the good deeds of those who are bent on denying the truth and bar [others] from the path of God. 1 As for those who believe and do good deeds and believe in what has been revealed to Muhammad, and it is the truth from their Lord, God will remove their sins from them and set their condition right. 2 This is because the disbelievers followed falsehood and the believers followed the Truth which is from their Lord; this is how Allah illustrates the examples of people to them. 3 If you encounter the disbelievers in a battle, strike-off their heads. Take them as captives when they are defeated. Then you may set them free as a favor to them, with or without a ransom, when the battle is over. This is the Law. Had God wanted, He could have granted them (unbelievers) victory, but He wants to test you through each other. The deeds of those who are killed for the cause of God will never be without virtuous results. 4 He will guide them and set their condition right 5 and will admit them to the paradise which He has promised them. 6 O ye who believe! If ye help Allah, He will help you and will make your foothold firm. 7 The fate of the disbelievers will be to stumble and their deeds will have no virtuous results; 8 That is because they hate the Revelation of Allah; so He has made their deeds fruitless. 9 ۞ What, have they not journeyed in the land and beheld how was the end of those before them? God destroyed them; the unbelievers shall have the likes thereof. 10 This is because Allah is the Supporter of the believers, whereas the disbelievers do not have any supporter. 11
