And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say: "Go about through the earth and see what has been the end of the evil-doers." 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for the people, but most of them do not show gratitude." 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His [wise] judgement. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 Nor can you lead the blind out of their error, you can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and who have submitted (themselves to Allah in Islam as Muslims). 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
