The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the rangers ranging 1 and the scarers scaring 2 and conveying [to all the world] a reminder: 3 Most surely your Allah is One: 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth and all that is between them, and Lord of the sun's risings. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the planets, 6 to protect them from the rebellious satan. 7 So that they are not able to listen to the angels of higher (echelons), and are pelted from all sides 8 Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty, 9 Except him who snatcheth away a word by stealth, and him then pursueth a glowing flame. 10 Then inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Are they a stronger [or more difficult] creation or those [others] We have created?" Indeed, We created men from sticky clay. 11 No, you marvel, while they scoff. 12 And when they are warned they pay no heed. 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And they say: This is nothing but clear magic: 15 When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised (again)? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say: Aye! and you shall be abject. 18 for that [resurrection which they deride] will be [upon them of a sudden, as if it were] but a single accusing cry - and then, lo! they will begin to see [the truth] 19 And they will say: Ah! woe be unto us! this is the Day of Requital. 20 [It will be said], "This is the Day of Judgement which you have been denying." 21

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
