Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
