The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
