The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
