Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
