The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
